Dr. Tyler Lowe was born and raised in Rochester, NH, and went to Syracuse University for his undergraduate studies. His interest in vision and perception led him to the New England College of Optometry, where he developed his expertise in eye care. With over 15 years of experience in the field, Dr. Lowe has the knowledge and experience necessary to find the right eye care solutions for every patient.
He enjoys managing a variety of ocular conditions and has a longstanding interest in glaucoma. He is able to fit patients with a variety of specialty contact lenses, including scleral lenses, which cater to complex vision challenges such as keratoconus and irregular corneas.
With the practice since 2010, Dr. Lowe likes to describe his job as both a doctor and a teacher. Caring for others often means teaching them how to best care for themselves and protect this great resource of our vision.
In terms of personal interests, Dr. Lowe has a diverse range of hobbies. He is a fan of movies and board games. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and golf. He lives in Kittery with his wife and two young children.
